01 / A creative life

Paint.
Space.
Word.

One creative life, moving through paint, space, and word.

Urmi began as an artist and interior designer in Kolkata, where she built her own design practice. After moving to the United States, she rebuilt her life in healthcare without letting go of the creative work that had always sustained her.

This archive preserves what remained in motion: the worlds she painted, the spaces she imagined, and the words still being gathered.
